Yosef Lee, Esq.
Managing Principal
Yosef is a seasoned litigation attorney and a passionate real estate investor with a focus on multifamily assets. As the founder of Y Lifestyle Design & Management (“YLDM”), he has built a portfolio of over 1,500 units across 23 multifamily assets, working with a dedicated team to expertly manage every phase of the investment process—from sourcing lucrative deals and conducting thorough due diligence, to structuring partnerships and overseeing asset management.
Yosef’s unique ability to blend legal expertise with real estate acumen has attracted a network of high-net-worth individuals and professionals eager to invest in multifamily cash-flowing opportunities. This led to the creation of Y Lifestyle Design & Management, a firm dedicated to helping investors achieve diversified passive income streams through strategic real estate investments.
Beyond his professional achievements, Yosef is driven by a deep passion for education, networking, guiding others in discovering their “WHY.” He believes that true success stems from understanding one’s purpose and aligning investments with core values. Yosef also has a profound appreciation for travel, food, fashion, music, and performance, which enriches his life and fuels his creativity. His commitment to community is evident in his active roles as a board member of the Korean American Scholarship Foundation – North Eastern Region and as the Director of a Men’s Choir.
Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, and holding a Real Estate Broker’s license in New York, Yosef balances his professional pursuits with his love for family, being a devoted father to two beautiful daughters. He also co-hosts the Multifamily Investors Network Meet-up in NY where he continues to share his insights and foster connections within the real estate community.
Looking ahead, Yosef envisions expanding his business to help first-generation high-net-worth individuals build their own Single Family Office (SFO). His goal is to guide families in establishing robust financial systems, decision-making processes, and educational frameworks for their next generation, all while fostering a family lifestyle that emphasizes art, music, philanthropy, and strong cultural values.

Thomas J. Mulhall is a seasoned commercial real estate loan officer and broker with over 30 years of experience in the real estate lending industry. He has developed deep expertise in loan documentation, property valuation, construction lending, deal sourcing and origination, loan structuring, credit and risk analysis, and financial modeling.
In his role as Senior Managing Director at Sterling National Bank, Tom led a team that doubled their loan portfolio from $150 million to $300 million and grew the deposit portfolio from $175 million to $350 million, significantly increasing the team’s net income. He was instrumental in training his team in key aspects of real estate lending, including property cash flow analysis and deal structuring.
Previously, as Vice President at Metropolitan National Bank, Tom managed a team of six and originated over 500 loans totaling more than $700 million. His work brought in over $8 million in loan origination and renewal fees. Tom’s expertise in navigating complex loan processes and negotiating with external banks and investors solidified his reputation in the industry.
Tom holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BFA from New York University. He also completed the Credit Training Program at Chemical Bank, enhancing his skills in credit analysis and risk management.
With a strong track record in building profitable portfolios and delivering exceptional service, Tom continues to help clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate lending, ensuring they achieve their financial goals with precision and confidence.

Jerry Fung, CFA, FRM

Jerry Fung found his passion for real estate when he bought his first condominium in 2006 as primary residence, which he later converted into a rental. Since then, Jerry focused on value-add opportunities and expanded the portfolio in multifamily across New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Currently, Jerry focuses on acquisition and management oversight of the real estate portfolio in the tri-states region. He’s keen on growing the portfolio through joint ventures and other partnership structures.
Outside of real estate, Jerry has spent 20 years in fixed income derivatives valuation and financial risk management practices across multiple global financial institutions. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate investor, Jerry headed up the Financial Risk Management team at a global bank where he was responsible for overseeing risk taking activities from sales, trading, and treasury funding operations out of New York, London, and Frankfurt.
Jerry has a master’s degree in Risk Management from NYU Stern and a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investments from CUNY Baruch College. In addition, Jerry holds the CFA charter and Financial Risk Manager designation. When Jerry’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family, jogging, and traveling.
Derek Suh is a managing partner of Aerok Inc, a general construction company that provides the right solutions to clients for commercial and residential projects in New York and New Jersey. He has been working as a mechanical contractor and general contractor in the construction field for more than 12 years and doing government projects with NYC EDC as an EDC Construct NYC qualified personnel/contractor. He also has prior experience working with DSNY and NYC Parks for HVAC systems with 100% completion results. He also holds Green Builidng/GPRO Certificates and continues to research the energy saving and efficient ways to make jobs greener with other qualifications to perform required tasks promptly and safely as an OSHA safety training supervisor.
Prior to joining the construction field, Derek had been a martial arts instructor/teacher leading numerous students in the state of Washington and Michigan, believing that the body and mind are equally important. With a passion for continual improvement, he keeps learning every day and sharing his lessons and thoughts with others.

In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York.
In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino and on his own on over 2,500 units, and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.
